Monday is the final day to register to vote in California’s Nov. 2 election. Californians who have not yet registered and want to cast ballots next month may pick up voter registration forms at elections offices, post offices, city halls, libraries, fire stations and Department of Motor Vehicles offices, officials said. Registration forms must be postmarked no later than Monday, Oct. 18, to be valid. Prospective voters also can print out a form online at the California secretary of state’s website and mail it to their local county registrar of voters. click through for a map of drive-thru registration locations!
