Recently, and with as little publicity and fanlfare as possible, Metro changed the way TAP cards work. There are no more monthly passes, now they’re good for 30 days from the date you activate it. So what does this mean? Well most users will end up having to purchase at least one more “monthly” pass every year to cover the leftover days.
