i go to the same 4 bars all the time…it’s pretty awesome(antisocial?) if you ask me. belmont is now off that list b/c i have a tendency to make bad (too much drinking) decisions when i go there. (so not to knock on you will, just still pissed at myself for the acting a fool on fri night :) winston’s does have a great dj, and it is so much better now that it isn’t the IT...

Hmmmmm Decidedly do NOT need smoking lounge, thx tho… I’ve found the Winston’s DJ to be the most on point…Lubitsch has been lame. But I like Lub more overall… Are you peeps trying to tell me there’s gonna be a line at any of these places @ 8:30/9pm??? How’s the music at Belmont? Is this the best we can do?...

Hey Ethan, I’ve been in a similar circumstance and found the the Belmont is a great location. It’s on La Cienega, and in the heart of some of the more up and coming late night clubs/lounges/eateries. I’d call and make a reservation, getting a table shouldn’t be an issue if you call in the next day or so. They have a huge patio as well if people in your table are so...

i liked the farmer’s market idea. on another note, does anyone know why there was a large inflatable raft in the middle of the tarpits this morning? it’s very curious.

UCLA and USC’s men’s basketball teams are tipping off right now at Staples Center in a Pac-10 Tournament semifinals game. This is the first meeting of the two teams in the Pac-10 Tournament.
